Three Wedding Packages for a maximum of 110 people:


1. Weekend Wedding (two nights)

Exclusive use of the historic estate for 50 hours (9am Friday to 11 am Sunday)

High Season (Apr, May, Oct & Nov)               $5,500

2. Extended Celebration (three nights)

Exclusive use of the historic estate for 74 hours (9am Thursday to 11 am Sunday)

3. One Day Wedding (day only)                     

Exclusive use of the historic estate for 12 hours (12 pm to midnight.)

Wedding packages include:


  • Exclusive use of the estate on three private acres including:

    • stunning timber-frame building with two large seating areas, gourmet kitchen (2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks), 1 1/2 bathrooms, loft with two futons.  This building provides indoor space for the wedding and/or reception if the weather doesn't allow an outdoor event.

    • Accommodation for up to 18 guests in charming historic cabins with four bedrooms each with a private bath and loft.  (These bedrooms are available as changing rooms for One Day Weddings.)  

  • Outdoor rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception sites for up to 110 guests.  

  • Flexibility to bring in your own vendors for catering and provide your own alcohol or we can suggest vendors.

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Ice

  • Ample parking

  • Unlimited pre-scheduled site visits for you or your vendors

  • Ample bathrooms for 110 people (2 bathrooms in living spaces plus 4 in bedrooms)

  • Lake access, 10' firepit, ping pong, slackline, foosball, hiking.

Hold the date:

Your wedding date will be held when your deposit of 50% is received.  The balance of your payment and the damage deposit will be due 120 days before your wedding.  


Moriah accepts checks, credit card and Paypal.


  • Alcohol served by a TABC licensed bartender 

  • Amplified music ends by 10:00 p.m.

  • Independent Liability Insurance required

  • Designated Wedding Coordinator or Day of Coordinator required
